There are numerous things to see and do around the area of Beaudesert.
Some of these include national parks, wineries, horse-riding trails, and 4WD tracks.
You can play golf at the nearby Beaudesert Golf Club or travel a little farther to The Kooralbyn Resort Fairways.
The unique Border Loop Railway Tunnels can be viewed from the Lion's Road, and Mount Barney National Park with the Lower Portals Cascades is a must see.
The adventurer can scale Mount Barney, parachute at Kooralbyn or take a short drive to Canungra and try out hang-gliding or paragliding.

The town of Beaudesert is home to a Heritage Railway, a historic museum as well as Australia's largest timber church.
There are also wonderful resturants, clubs and country markets.

Explore the upper reaches of the Logan and Albert river and delight in the rustic appeal of localities such as Rathdowney, Kerry, Tamrookum and Christmas Creek.
